1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Raspberry Watches website, operated by Raspberry Watches, Mumbai, India ("Raspberry", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website is intended for businesses — brands, retailers, wholesalers and distributors — looking for watch manufacturing, private-label or wholesale supply.

2. Product information

Photos, descriptions and ranges on this website are for general information. Colours, finishes and details can vary slightly between screens, production batches and samples. Exact specifications, materials and finishes for your order are those confirmed in your approved sample and written quotation.

3. Enquiries, quotations and orders

• Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the specifications, quantities and timelines you provide.
• An order becomes binding only when both parties confirm it in writing (for example a purchase order and our order confirmation or proforma invoice), including price, payment terms, quantities, delivery terms and approved samples.
• Production lead times are estimates and depend on sample approval, material availability and receipt of payment as agreed.

4. Private label, artwork and custom designs

When you send us logos, brand names, artwork or designs to use on watches, dials, straps or packaging, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that producing them will not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for any claims arising from content you supply.

We use your branding only to produce your orders and do not supply products carrying your branding to anyone else.

5. Intellectual property

The Raspberry name and logo, and the text, photographs and design of this website, belong to Raspberry Watches or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Third-party links and retail purchases

This website links to and shows content from third-party services such as Amazon, Instagram and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply. Retail purchases made through our Amazon store are governed by Amazon's terms.

7. Use of the website and liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our responsibilities for products are those set out in the written terms agreed for each order.
