This website is operated by Raspberry Watches, an OEM, ODM and private-label watch manufacturer based in Mumbai, India ("Raspberry", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we receive through this website and our enquiry channels, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

Enquiries you send us

Our enquiry form asks for your name, company or brand, country, estimated quantity, the service you are interested in and a message. The form does not store anything on our website. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by Email", it opens WhatsApp or your own email app with the message filled in. We only receive it if you choose to send it from there.

We also receive whatever you share with us directly by email, WhatsApp or phone — for example contact details, company information, artwork, logos and order requirements.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the website running securely.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

3. Third-party services on this website

• Instagram (Meta): our Instagram posts are shown using Instagram's embeds. When they load, Meta may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Instagram's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts: our typeface is loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the font files, under Google's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon: links to our Amazon store take you to Amazon's website, where Amazon's own terms and privacy notice apply.

• To reply to your enquiry and send catalogues, design options, samples and quotations.
• To manage orders, production, packaging, shipping and payments once we work together.

Logos, artwork and designs you share for private-label or custom work are used only to produce your order and are not shared with other customers.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We are based in India, so information you send us is processed in India.

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent you have given, or raise a concern about how we handle it.
