Raspberry Watches – Refund Policy

At Raspberry Watches, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

     

      • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date you receive your order.

      • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All tags and labels must be intact.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items cannot be returned, including:

       

        • Gift cards

        • Items marked as final sale

      Return Process

         

          1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support team at help@raspberrywatches.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

          1. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

          1. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

        Refunds

           

            • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

            • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

          Late or Missing Refunds

          If you haven’t received a refund yet:

            Exchanges

            If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at help@raspberrywatches.com.
            Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back for an exchange.

            Damaged or Defective Items

            If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@raspberrywatches.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

            Gifts

            If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
